Those of you with advanced typing habits will also be targeted by Apple Intelligence for suggestions for improving your writing. This feature will rewrite, proofread, and summarize text for you.
Apple Intelligence will also try to prioritize what's important to you, including incoming mail and notifications. The new Reduce Interruptions Focus Mode uses Apple Intelligence to only offer high-priority messages that require immediate attention.
Apple Intelligence is even able to summarize conversations, messages and audio recordings. You'll be able to record a phone call and have Apple Intelligence summarize the conversation, or you can record in the Notes app and get a summary of the audio recording at that location.
For image creation, Apple added a new Image Playground app that is part of Apple Intelligence. Apple doesn't offer blank commands for creating images, but rather Image Playground will offer suggestions that can be used and combined to create images in context.
For example, if you want to create an image to attach to someone's birthday message, Apple Intelligence will use a photo of the person in question and of course other birthday images, so that the resulting complexity of the image becomes even more stunning.
Not only that, Apple will also have an AI image generator that focuses on emojis, Genmoji, which can type a description and automatically bring up emojis.
Apple is also applying its generative AI tools to photos, although not yet as powerfully as most of its competitors. There's a Magic Eraser-style tool that removes unwanted objects in a photo and replaces them with a natural background.
Apple uses Apple Intelligence to search for photos and videos. In this case, you can search for a specific scene in the video. You can also search for a photo category and Apple Intelligence will put together a video presentation that matches that search. which contains photos and videos, as well as a selection of the best background music.
List of Apple Devices Equipped with Apple Intelligence
Apple Intelligence, according to Apple's release, could be present in devices using the Apple M1, M2, M3, and M4 chips, as well as the A17 Pro chipset.
Current iPad Pro and iPad Air devices, as well as previous iPad devices using the M1 and M2 chips, are all confirmed to have Apple Intelligence.
