- Oldest Player to Appear at the Euros
Gabor Kiraly holds the record as the oldest player to appear at the Euros, aged 40 years and 86 days when he played for Hungary against Belgium in June 2016. Kiraly's record looks like it could be threatened by Portugal center back, Pepe, who will be 41 years and 113 days old when Portugal kick off their Euro 2024 campaign against the Czech Republic on June 18.
- Oldest Goal Scorer at the Euros
Ivica Vastic is currently listed as the oldest player to score a goal at the Euros, after scoring a penalty in the 93rd minute for Austria in a group stage match against Poland at Euro 2008. Vastic was 38 years and 257 days old when he scored the goal.
